It was actually VEVO where content injection was conducted by the hackers : Kuroi'SH & Prosox . The video mentions proofs to show that it was VEVO that was vulnerable not youtube ! Adele title was changed to Hacked by Prosox & Kuroi'SH greats : 18-25 from JVC which lead to indication of JVC forum members ! French hackers are supposed to be behind this attack though they were supporting palestine freedom.
